Niechirurgiczne leczenie zapalenia przyzębia

Skuteczne leczenie pacjentów z zapaleniem przyzębia wymaga umiejętnego przeprowadzanie wszystkich etapów leczenia periodontologicznego:

  • od prawidłowej diagnostyki, poprzez leczenie niechirurgiczne i chirurgiczne,
  • aż do doprowadzenia.

Rules of participation:

  • the course is for dentists only;
  • to become a participant:
  • enroll by sending an email to the Organizer,
  • • pay the full entry fee (PLN 34,000.00 – thirty four thousand), as follows: 1st installment of PLN 17,000.00 (seventeen thousand) at the time of sending the enrollment email, 2nd installment of PLN 17,000.00 (seventeen thousand) seventeen thousand) 30 days before the start of the course at the latest; payments should be made to the following bank account: 05 1140 2004 0000 3102 8239 7585 (mBank)
  • the Organizer will provide a confirmation of participation to the address from which the enrollment email was sent; this constitutes entry into a course participation agreement between a qualifying individual („Participant”) and the Organizer
  • the Organizer will send a (non-VAT) invoice to Participant’s email address within seven working days of the date of confirmation of participation
  • the Organizer will send a (non-VAT) invoice to Participant’s email address within seven working days of the date of confirmation of participation
  • travel and lodging costs will be fully covered by the Participant; the Organizer will provide the required materials, as well as safety garments and meals during coffee breaks
  • participation in all modules is a prerequisite of course completion; the Organizer may conduct a test of knowledge acquired during the course, passing of which will be a prerequisite for receiving a course completion certificate
  • completion of the course will be confirmed with a certificate provided by the organizer to the Participant; the certificate will contain, among others, the following details: Participant’s name and surname, course title, number of hours, name of the Organizer
  • the Organizer hereby declares that all professional materials used during the course come from a legal source, and their import, use and disposal are in accordance with applicable regulations; Participants are required to maintain caution when using the professional materials, and to follow Organizer’s guidance
